First Day of School!

I can't believe we have 2 First Graders and a 5th Grader!!!!!!!! My how quickly time flies by. Here are the obligatory 'Mom' pics I made them take yesterday morning for their first day of school.

 Faith has been really grumpy that she doesn't get to go to school this year. So we let her pick out a couple outfits when we went school shopping (this is one of them) and have been having fun laughing at how "pissed" she is about it. So here's her first day pics and her sign Mom made. She's been so funny about it. She's even had to pack herself a lunch the last 2 days to go to the babysitter's like the boys do for school.

Here's looking forward to a good school year and lots of improvements since the last one (crossing our fingers).

End of Summer Wrap Up

The summer vacation has finally come to a close. We had such a busy and fun summer. It was so nice to be able to arrange my schedule to be home with the kids most days and spend so much time with them.  I didn't get around to blogging it all, so I thought I'd do a wrap of post of the rest of summer and some other fun things we did.

I got to take both Zaric and Zaden on separate Mommy dates. Zaric chose to go to Hollywood Connection for his and Zaden Chose Chuck E Cheese.

I became an aunt again to baby Serenity.

We had a blast camping for the Schade Reunion.

Zaric and Zaden got to attend a 2 day Chinese summer camp.

Football started up and we've been enjoying watching Caleb on his new team and having a blast playing on the playgrounds during practices.

Did some back to school shopping together for the first time instead of mom picking everything out by herself.

And some general goofing off at the house and helping mom cook and clean.

We finished up the last weekend of summer with a trip to the Dino Park in Ogden.

What a great summer. Here's looking toward a great fall as well.
