These boys sure have had a great time celebrating turning six. From taking treats to school before vacation, to celebrating to Omaha to celebrating here at home with us. Their actual Bday was Friday. They woke up to these Imaginex houses from Mom and Dad that they have been dying for and played for with them for the first few hours of the day.
We were still on spring break, so I had the day off and Mike was working from home so we took a long lunch to get some Birthday Day fun in. Our first stop was Toys R Us for some shopping fun. We let them each pick out a new DS game from Mom and Dad and then they spent their birthday cash they received at their Omaha party. Zaric picked out a Build your own Spiderman car and a water toy and Zaden picked out a Firefighter talking dress up helmet and a bath toy.
Then they got to pick where we had some lunch. They picked Applebees and made sure the waitress knew it was their Bday. We had a good meal and they enjoyed their Bday Sundae's
Then it was time for more fun at Jungle Jim's. They loved it and we all had fun riding rides and playing a few games.
Then it was back home to play and prep for Saturday's party. What a fun afternoon. It's great to be 6!
