Denver 2014- Day 2

Our first full day in Denver started off with Mike and Caleb going to Mile High Stadium (aka Sports Authority Field, aka Broncos Stadium) for a tour of the facility and grounds. They thoroughly enjoyed it and snapped a few pics for Mom.

Because I wasn't about to be caught dead there (unless it was to watch the Cowboys beat them), I opted to keep the other 3 with me and we went for a short walk and did some shopping for a couple souvenirs and some items we forgot then went back to the room to await their return.
Then once we were all back together we headed out of town a little ways to Tiny Town for lunch and a visit. It's a cute little touristy place with tiny replica houses to walk around in and ride the train. The kids seemed to like it, other than the heat.

 Then it was off for a hot afternoon at the Denver Zoo which we all enjoyed.

Then it was back to the hotel and another walk to dinner. A great first day!
