Snowbird Staycation 2016- Day 1 and 2

Through some sheer good fortune and amazingly awesome friends, we recently became time share owners at a local ski resort. From now on, every summer we get to enjoy a whole week at our new home away from home in the summer.  We arrived on a Friday to a mountain view condo with our cute family and one of my niece's in tow. We could already tell we could (and will) get used to this real fast.

After getting set up, we spent some time wandering around the resort to get our bearings about us and came across a little playground which the kids were thrilled about.

Then we got to enjoy part of an outdoor movie on the plaza until the little's got too cold/tired to finish it off.

Day 2 started off with a short hike from the resort up to the Gad Valley Overlook.

Then we spent some time in the game room teaching each other some tricks.

Then it was time for some swimming pool action!

Mike and I got to then sneak away for a romantic/quiet dinner alone at the Aerie restaurant at the top floor of the resort.
Then it was time to head back out onto the plaza to enjoy the live outdoor concert. We enjoyed the stylings of The Sheepdogs. The little's and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They were dancing up a storm while I enjoyed the tunes.

Once we'd had our fill, it was back to the room to have a little hot tub party on our balcony.

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday. Right?
