The Pumpkin Patch

Since the kids were out of school on Friday and Dad had taken the day off to spend with us, we decided to make a day of it and have some more Halloween fun.

Even though it was a cold and rainy day, we took advantage of the extra time and decided to take a drive to a new pumpkin patch I had read about online.  We drove to Santaquin to check out Rowley's.

We started off with a tractor ride out to the patch.

Then we wandered a little bit in one of the corn mazes.

And raced the pedal tractors around the track.

We climbed the hay pyramid.

And then headed out to the patch to pick the perfect pumpkins for the year

After that we played a little more with the slides and digging toys and posed for some silly pics while we waited for the tractor to come pick us up for the ride back.

After a stop at McD's for Hotel Transylvania 2 Happy meals, we decided to take advantage of the few hours we had left before the night time craziness began and stopped off to watch the movie itself at the theater. It was super cute and the kids loved it.

So glad we were able to spend the day together. Thanks to Mike for taking the day off to spend with us and for driving us to a fro.
