Weekend Visits

We had another busy, busy weekend here at the Ouren household. It started Friday night with another scrapbooking night with the girls. We had a good time and talked almost non-stop. I got caught up til August at least so I am feeling a little better at only being 6 months or so behind, I can live with that. Here's a quick pic I took of Allison and Reva during that time.

Saturday we hung out at home most of the morning and then took a little walk. The weather was nice, but not as nice as it was last weekend so we still didn't put up the trampoline. But at least we got some fresh air. We ended up walking to the grocery store for a few items and stopped by the dollar store for some gift bags. So it was a productive walk as well. That night our friends Garrett, Laurel and little Madeleine came over for a visit. We ate pizza and visited and played a few rounds of Beyond Balderdash with them before it was bed time for the little ones. Zaric and Zaden weren't too sure about having a 3rd baby their size here, but they all warmed up to one another and played well. It was a nice visit. I took some pics but wanted to get Madi's parent's permission before posting them, so I might be sharing some soon.

On Sunday Grandma Nette and Papa Kevin decided to come up from Wellington to visit the boyz. We all had a good time and went to lunch together. They visited for a few hours and then headed back home, it was nice of them to drive all this way for a quick visit. Caleb was sad and cried when they left. He's always telling us that he wishes we could live closer to everyone down there. :(

So it turned out to be a busy weekend with lots of visiting. We enjoyed it though and are looking forward to seeing what this next weekend will bring already.
